The full lineup of films screened at Cannes in 2022 is still being confirmed, with the official selection to be announced in half April.

One of the major movies slated to premiere is the long-delayed Tom Cruise sequel. Top Gun Maverick. The film will be screened on May 18 with Cruise in attendance.

Industry experts predict that new films from David Cronenberg, Wes Anderson and Florian Zeller could also make the 2022 selection.
